Todd Reed Jewelry Collection for men debuts in new flagship store in LA

California is home to many an artist and style aficionado, and its latest resident is leading jewelry designer Todd Reed, who has made Abbot Kinney in Venice the base for his new Men's Jewelry Collection. This is Colorado-based jewelry designer Todd Reed's first LA outpost and West Coast flagship.

Men's jewelry options are few and far between, and Todd, who is renowned for spearheading the "raw elegance" movement with his understated style and naturally coloured raw diamonds, has created a collection that is perfect for the stylish male who wants to wear fine jewelry without the bling.

"We took great care to make sure the men's pieces were durable yet elegant," says the designer, who launched his line in 1986. "We engineered the leather bracelets with watch elements to withstand over 10,000 clicks, and the metals are brushed with a finish that allows them to age naturally with wear. This durability, matched with the timeless designs, gives the men's collection a broad, masculine appeal - whether you're a sportsman or you spend your day in a suit and tie."

The collection, which will be handmade and sold in the Abbot Kinney space, debuts with more than 600 pieces including belt buckles, rings, bracelets, dog tags as well as the more traditional men's accessory, the cufflink.
