Apprenticing with sculptor Jacques Lipchitz at age 22, it's easy to see where the first seeds of David Yurman's style were sown. From his own sculptures in Greenwich Village in the 60s, to the bold high jewellery he realises today, David Yurman's pieces are unmistakable. Since founding his own brand in 1980, it has grown from strength to strength, with admirers such as Madonna, Brad Pitt, Charlize Theron, Justin Timberlake, Heidi Klum, Kate Moss and Kate Hudson.
