Chopard flutters into spring with new high jewellery collection

The latest Chopard jewellery collection welcomes the new season with coloured gemstones set into springtime motifs.

Chopard transformable Haute Joaillerie bracelet

As the first spring bulbs start to make their appearance, Chopard welcomed the new season with a high jewellery collection bursting with a floral garden of coloured gemstones.

Continuing the trend for daring colour combinations, the Chopard jewellery pieces unveiled at Couture Week Paris featured a kaleidoscope of multi-hued gems set in ultra-light titanium and white gold. Alongside its incredible lightness, titanium can be coloured in a wide range of shades to match the stones, thereby accentuating their brilliance and radiance.

Nothing signals the arrival of spring like a colourful butterfly tentatively spreading its wings, and this Chopard cuff bracelet features two of the winged creatures dressed up in topazes, Paraiba tourmalines and amethysts. Channelling yet another trend, this time for transformable jewellery, the two butterflies can be detached and worn as a pair of earrings and a brooch. A second cuff bracelet features an interlacing pattern of amethysts, emeralds, Paraiba tourmalines and sapphires, while a further pair of Chopard earrings feature sculpted jade along with emeralds and diamonds.

Haute Joaillerie tanzanite necklace in white gold and titanium
Chopard high jewellery necklace crafted from titanium and set with multicoloured gemstones and a 14ct pear-cut tanzanite (POA).

An intricate Chopard necklace, which has red carpet written all over it, weaves a vibrant floral pattern with the help of a crescendo of coloured gemstones culminating in a 14ct pear-cut tanzanite. In addition, the Swiss jewellery house also unveiled three new floral rings from its Fleur d’Opales collection, first launched during Couture Week in July last year. Each of these Chopard rings feature a sustainably sourced central opal set into titanium and gold, with petals of coloured gemstones unfurling around it.

A year after joining the Fédération Française de La Couture, Chopard has shown that its creative prowess is in full bloom with a confidently executed, yet exhilaratingly bold, high jewellery collection.
