Based in London, Cece founded her eponymous brand Cece Jewellery that soon found a following with women lured in by the siren call of ancient talismanic symbols, folklore motifs and the rich visual language of sailor's tattoos, all depicted in exquisite miniature hand enamelled paintings in 18-carat gold.
