Elie Top is a French designer who has been Lanvin's fashion jewellery designer for more than 15 years. In 2015, he launched a fine jewellery collection under his own name for the first time. Elie also offers a private commission service that allows clients to bring their own gemstones and he will design a unique piece of jewellery around them.
