Ukrainian brand Guzema was launched in 2016 in Kyiv by Valeriya Guzema, a successful journalist and broadcaster with a passion for jewellery. Renowned for the timeless contemporary designs seen on Milla Jovovich and Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska, all Guzema's jewels are hand-made in Ukraine. After the beginning of the war with Russia in February 2022, Ms Guzema did everything she could to help her country, volunteering, setting up a fondation to help the army and refugees and releasing new collections to keep the business afloat to fund the foundation.
