Dutch-born bespoke fine jewellery designer Leo de Vroomen has made De Vroomen of London the winner of the coveted De Beers Diamonds International Award and the 2001 Award for Best in Design, Haute Couture, and for good reason too: his colourfully bold and sculptured style is exquisitely crafted and a pleasure to see.
