Manufacture Contemporaine du Temps was founded in 2007 by Denis Giguet and applies classic watchmaking principles to avant-garde designs. MCT is known for its highly architectural cases and original way of displaying the time via rotating triangular prisms that pivot to reveal the time, in a similar fashion to airport announcement boards with their split-flap display system. All the mechanical movements are developed and assembled by MCT.
