Cypriot jewellery designer Myriam Soseilos followed several different career paths, including fashion, journalism and advertising, before setting up her eponymous fine jewellery brand MyriamSOS. The SOS in the name comes from the first three letters of Myriam’s surname and also stands for her motto: “to provide sauce and spice to any outfit”. Named Designer of the Year 2013 at London jewellery show Treasure, Myriam’s luxury jewellery designs are inspired by objects, buildings, furniture and technology. Combining strong graphic shapes with an elegant feel, her Transformers collection features convertible jewels, while the Skyline collection recalls the architecture of iconic landmarks in major cities such as London, Hong Kong, New York and Paris.
