A self-confessed antiques enthusiast, Nana Fink frequently trawls museums, antique stores and jewellery fairs in Europe and the US in search of ideas for her eponymous fine jewellery label. The vibrant design scene and irrepressible creative spirit of New York City has also become a great source of inspiration for Nana who is based in Basel, Switzerland. Having grown up in a family with a strong artisan background, Nana studied clinical psychology and management in Basel and Zurich. After completing a PhD in maternal health, she worked as a researcher at Harvard Medical School before deciding to follow a more creative career path, launching her debut collection in 2011. With an ever-growing stockist list, which includes Paul Smith’s flagship store in London, her fine jewellery that fuses both vintage and contemporary elements is proving to be a major hit with the fashion crowd.
