Youngest daughter of one of the most influential artists of the 20th century, Paloma Picasso’s career as a jewellery designer began at Yves Saint Laurent, where she created the accessories for one of the fashion designer’s couture collections. Paloma joined Tiffany & Co. in 1979, and made an impact right from the start with her fresh and original style, and signature use of coloured gemstones. Her first collection, Graffiti, spoke to a new generation of jewellery wearers, while her Love necklace, with the letters spelled out in Paloma’s own handwriting, remains a classic.
