The French brand founded in 1821 by Pierre-Paul Vever was renowned for pioneering in the Art Nouveau, an artistic movement at the beginning of the 20th century that saw, in jewellery, the use of new materials like horn, glass or fine stones. Closed down in 1982, the brand, recently revived by 7th generation of the family, twins Camille and Damien Vever, continues its daring approach with innovative materials: the gold is recycled, the ivory is of vegetable origin and the diamonds are lab-grown. Vever is a strong advocator for traditional techniques such as enamel.
