Amy Winehouse
Amy Winehouse was a British singer/songwriter, known for her controversial private life and signature beehive. Her 2003 debut album, Frank, was critically acclaimed and nominated for a Mercury Prize. In 2006 she released her second album, Back To Black, which won her five Grammy Awards. In 2007 she won a Brit Award for Best Female Artist. She was also known for her unusual retro-style. She sadly died of alcohol poisoning on 23 July 2011.
