Red carpet regular Marion Cotillard set the world's press chattering at the premiere of 'Blood Ties' yesterday by achieving two firsts in one outfit.
The first actress to step out in Chopard's new Green Carpet Collection jewels at the 66th Cannes Film Festival - a high jewellery bracelet and earrings made from sustainable Fairmined gold from South America and created in collaboration with Livia Firth's Eco-Age consultancy house - she also bagged a geometric silk Dior dress fresh off the catwalk. So fresh, in fact, that it was only revealed in Monte Carlo on Saturday as part of Raf Simons' first cruise 2014 collection for the French couture house. Elsewhere, world-famous burlesque artist Dita Von Teese took to the stage for some cheeky mid-Festival entertainment in some Avakian earrings that, with glamorous pearls, rubies to match her lips and a gothic edge, looked like they had been made especially for her.
