By giving a traditional motif a contemporary makeover, the House of Harry Winston has created a collection that is timeless yet very current.
The Diamond Loop Collection draws on its founder Mr Winston's love for the teardrop shape, a silhouette that has featured prominently in the house's designs since 1932.
Mr Winston's lifelong passion for diamonds and his skill in transforming rough gems into dazzling stones earned him the nickname the 'King of Diamonds'. The pear-shaped diamond cut that he favoured can be seen in all its spectacular glory on gems such as the famous Taylor-Burton diamond and the legendary Indore Pears, now owned by Robert Mouawad.
A modern interpretation of a Harry Winston icon, the Diamond Loop collection consists of necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings, all handcrafted out of platinum and diamonds. Delicate in their detailing, these jewels offer a feminine take on the brand's signature teardrop.
