Alina Abegg’s global upbringing instilled in her an appreciation of high-end craftsmanship and attention to detail from a young age. She studied an undergraduate degree at Istituto Marangoni in London and then went on to study gemmology and jewellery design at GIA in New York. She launched Alina Abegg Jewels in 2016, and each of her jewels are handmade in 18 carat gold and produced in Germany. Her first collection Cosmic Escape, launched in 2016, turns B-movie aliens, UFOs and crop circles into stylishly tongue-in-cheek jewels.
