The elegant sobriety of the Bond Street premises and generous retail space, spread over 400m2, have been calculated to give the customer the finest experience - on a par with Patek Philippe’s two other salons in Geneva and Paris. The Celestial room, designed for private viewing, features an astonishing piece of art made from the trunk of an ancient tree, and a spiral staircase leads to the customer service centre on the lower floor, where two full-time Patek Philippe watchmakers are on hand to deal with repairs.
