The Atelier Schiper boutique resembles an art gallery but instead showcases unique contemporary jewellery made from Brazilian gemstones.
Atelier Schiper’s head designer Alessandra Schiper, along with Aline, her business partner and sister, have been collecting and fusing art with their personal inspirations, using the latest technology to create pieces of impeccable craftsmanship and innovative design.
The brand inaugurated its first store in Rio in 2000 in a neighbourhood exuding Rio’s singular carioca artistic character. The second boutique (featured) was strategically opened in one of the city’s most prestigious malls, Shopping Leblon, set amidst sophisticated stores and streets full of life.
Atelier Schiper jewellery comes to life through multiple sources of inspiration: fashion, architecture, travel, storytelling, art and design. The sisters' devoted work has been awarded internationally by the iF Design Award in 2015 - a highly recognised authority in the design world. The award was presented for the brand’s Orbital ring, which represents the country of Brazil abroad. A well-deserved merit, which brilliantly reflects the brand’s identity and path to success.
