EDITOR'S REVIEW
John Arnold, the 18th century English watchmaker and inventor, gained fame thanks to his accurate marine chronometers that allowed mariners to determine their longitude at sea. The Eight-Day Royal Navy watch is inspired by the company’s historic marine chronometers and, like the originals, displays the power reserve at 12 o’clock and a large small seconds counter at 6 o’clock. The smart navy-blue lacquered dial is guillochéd to recreate the gentle undulations of the sea. Equipped with twin barrels for an impressive power reserve of eight days, the 43mm stainless steel case comes with a sapphire crystal caseback so you can admire the impeccable mechanical manual-winding movement.
