Vintage Victorian emerald and diamond heart pendant

Bentley & Skinner spans the time periods exquisitely. This emerald and diamond heart pendant features a pear-cut emerald, estimated to weigh 0.5cts, surrounded by old brilliant-cut diamonds. It is then ornately detailed with mixed-cut emeralds, old brilliant-cut diamonds, and an engraved yellow gold border. This late Victorian heart has an estimated total emerald weight of 1.7cts, and an estimated total diamond weight of 2.1cts. The reverse side is a glass-domed heart shape surrounded by an egg and dart engraved border, all suspended from an emerald and rose-cut diamond cluster bail, circa 1890.
