EDITOR'S REVIEW
This exquisitely lifelike brooch looks just like an antique from the Victorian era, when dragonflies first became a popular motif in jewellery. But it is in fact a modern-day design, crafted using traditional jewellery making techniques in Bentley & Skinner’s workshop above its boutique in Mayfair, London. Set with luminous green demantoid garnets and old brilliant-cut diamonds, hidden out of sight are tiny springs that enable this dragonfly's wings to flutter, en tremblant, when worn.
