EDITOR'S REVIEW
British watchmaking company Bremont signed a sponsorship deal this year with the America’s Cup to be the official timing partner of both the race and ORACLE TEAM USA - the defending champions. In addition to the prestige of sponsoring the oldest trophy in international sport, Bremont watches has launched two timepieces. Robust, sporty and built to be used in or on the water, the Bremont Oracle I is an evolution of the brand’s Supermarine collection, which is used by divers and military around the world. The 43mm case is as tough as they come and is water-resistant to 500 metres. It also has an automatic helium valve and an anti-magnetic Faraday cage to protect the chronometer-tested automatic movement from the negative effects of magnetism. The metal dial has luminescent paint on the indices and hands, and has the ORACLE TEAM USA logo emblazoned just above 6 o’clock.
