EDITOR'S REVIEW
Bulgari’s Serpenti watches have, until now, been defined by their coiling tubogas straps that snake around the wrist. This new incarnation of Serpenti is a simpler beast, with just one hinged cuff that sits snugly on the wrist. While the shape of the timepiece might be simple, it is really anything but. The body has been decorated with 10.95cts of brilliant round diamonds, while two pear-shaped emerald eyes draw you in. On the top of the snake’s head is a large pink tourmaline cabochon, and within its mouth you’ll find a secret, hidden watch dial. When the mouth is snapped shut, the rose gold watch, powered by a quartz movement, masquerades as a piece of jewellery.
