EDITOR'S REVIEW
Cartier demonstrates its ability to breathe new life into even its most iconic watches with the Crash Skeleton timepiece. Supposedly inspired by the melted remains of a Cartier watch retrieved from a blazing car crash, the Crash Skeleton in pink gold pushes experimentation with shape to its limits. The Cartier Mechanical Legends Crash Skeleton watch case comes in pink gold and measures 28.15 x 45.32 mm. The crown is beaded set with a blue sapphire cabochon, and the grey alligator skin strap features a double adjustable folding clasp buckle. The Crash Skeleton watch, calibre 9618 MC, features a manual-winding mechanical movement with sword-shaped hands in blued steel. This watch is a limited series of just 67 numbered pieces.
