Celestial is one of the biggest trends in jewellery as designers look up to the sky for inspiration. Always ahead of her time, celestial motifs were a favourite of Mademoiselle Chanel - "I wanted to cover women with constellations! Stars! Stars of all sizes," she said before the launch of the French couture house’s first jewellery collection in 1932 - and the tradition continues at Chanel with this dreamy Entrelacs d’Étoiles ring, which sends two diamond-studded stars shooting across the fingers.
