EDITOR'S REVIEW
First launched in 2003 as a small collection of monochrome watches, the J12 is now Chanel's signature timepiece. The classic black and white pallet, and sleek ceramic case and bracelet, ensure the timepiece is instantly recognisable as a Chanel watch. The new Chanel J12-365 has a delicate and refined aesthetic that is entirely feminine and glamorous. The 36.5mm beige gold case - a gold alloy that has been patented by the maison - has an inner bezel set with 137 white diamonds. The black guilloché dial has beige gold Arabic numerals and central hour and minute hands. At 6 o'clock, a subdial wreathed with diamonds features a small beige-gold seconds hand and an overlapping date aperture. Powered by a self-winding mechanical movement with a 42-hour power reserve, the watch is water resistant to 100m. Designed to be worn 365 days a year, for all occasions, the watch is presented on a glossy black ceramic link strap.
