EDITOR'S REVIEW
As the official timekeeper of the historic and world-renowned Monico Grand Prix, Chopard has developed a timepiece that embodies the iconic 1970s single-seater motor. Crafted from titanium, the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique chronograph has a stainless steel tachymeter bezel encircling a snailed grey dial. With accents of racing yellow for the chronograph functions, the watch epitomises speed and power, with a yellow small seconds outer ring, central seconds hand and 30-minute and 12-hour hands in the contrasting dark grey sub-dials. The COSC-certified chronograph is powered by a self-winding mechanical movement providing a 46-hour power reserve and is waterproof to 100m. To complete the racing look, the watch can be worn with either the black calfskin leather strap with punched holes and a titanium buckle or an interchangeable NATO strap.
