EDITOR'S REVIEW
Sardinian jeweller Corrado Giuspino's bold and contemporary jewellery collections are handcrafted in gold, pearls and colourful gemstones. With obvious influences from the Orient and the Art Deco lines of the 1920s, 30s and 40s, Giuspino's jewels - handmade in his Costa Smeralda studio - are always striking. From his latest collection come these Corrado Giuspino black diamond and pearl drop earrings in blackened gold, which are set with single faceted briolette cushion cut black diamonds, from which are suspended two voluptuous white baroque South Sea pearls. The pearls can be detached from the earrings, allowing the black diamonds to be worn as studs.
