Morning pearl earrings with iolite and topaz baguettes

Pearl earrings are a perennial classic and here this jewellery box staple is given a modern twist with the addition of coloured gemstones. The Daou earrings feature a pair of gleaming 8.00ct white cultured pearls offset by iolite and topaz baguettes, totalling 0.95cts, all set in white gold. Originally established in Beirut in the 1930s, Daou was renowned for its colourful jewels that, in its heyday, were worn by style icons such as Brigitte Bardot and Grace Kelly. In 2014, the founder’s granddaughter Dalia Daou revived the jewellery brand for a new generation with contemporary pieces inspired by art and science.
