The DeLaneau Celeste watch puts this master watchmaker’s skills to the test, employing the paillonné enamelling technique to create the intricate gold and silver dial. Recreating a shimmering winter landscape in enamel is no small feat, and the DeLaneau artisans used every ounce of their skill to decorate the dial with tiny gold and silver foils, and then fire them with a layer of enamel. The one-of-a-kind paillonné enamel dial is housed in a white gold Atame case set with 20 baguette-cut diamond clips and a polished crown. It is presented on an incredibly soft nubuck leather strap, finished with a matching white gold, double ardillon clasp. A first-class, Swiss mechanical automatic movement powers the Celeste watch and the words Pièce Unique are engraved on the sapphire glass back as a testament to DeLaneau’s philosophy of bespoke watchmaking.
