EDITOR'S REVIEW
Exploring the Renaissance style, the DeLaneau Guardian Angel watch showcases the brand’s legendary Grand Feu enamelling skills in its depiction of an angel dancing through the stars. The watch combines two techniques that separate DeLaneau from other fine watchmakers: miniature painting with flux enamel - a method known as the Geneva technique - and paillonné enamel. The Grand Feu enamelled miniature painting on the dial of this DeLaneau watch is housed in a white gold case set with 39 baguette-cut diamonds and 285 diamonds, finished with a diamond-encrusted crown. The strap is also equipped with a white gold deploying buckle set with 32 diamonds, bringing the number of carats on this unique piece to 12.45cts in total. All this, plus the DeLaneau Guardian Angel watch features a tourbillon mechanical movement, proving that the art of this exquisite timepiece is more than just what’s on the surface.
