EDITOR'S REVIEW
To create the Dior Grand Soir KaleiDiorscope watch, the designers imagined Christian Dior’s embroideries through a kaleidoscope, with the patterns then reflected upon themselves to create a geometric symmetry across the dial. The 36mm white gold case features a white gold bezel set with baguette-cut diamonds, the bezel rim is set with brilliant diamonds and the crown is set with a rose-cut diamond. The shaded mother-of-pearl dial is set with marquise-cut tsavorite garnets and diamonds, and adorned with polished gold malachite in a perfectly symmetrical array of colours. Powered by a Zenith Elite calibre automatic movement, this KaleiDiorscope watch has a 50-hour power reserve and is water resistant to 50 metres. In addition, the denim strap adds a dash of lightness and informality to this dazzling Dior limited edition watch. Chosen to receive The Jewellery Editor Award for Best Use of Colour in a Jewellery Watch at Baselworld 2016, this eye-catching beauty is certainly one to look out for.
