EDITOR'S REVIEW
The My Dior jewellery collection takes inspiration from cannage, a form of wickerwork used by furniture designers in the 18th century. Christian Dior was fascinated by this period in history and used Napoleon II-style gilded chairs with cannage work at his catwalk shows for guests to sit on, and the motif quickly became integral to his designs. This ring uses yellow gold to recreate the mesh-like pattern of cannage, which the Maison says is representative of the intertwining bonds of friendship and love. Around the middle of the band are 0.29cts of white diamonds.
