Celebrated British jewellery designer Elizabeth Gage hand-picked 28 lustrous South Sea cultured pearls for this Tatyana necklace. Featuring a detachable pendant suspended from its centre, set with a 43.85ct cushion-shaped aquamarine cabochon surrounded by six cultured freshwater pearls, the reverse has been decorated with intricate gold wirework.
