From Brazil to London, Fernando Jorge is one to watch in the world of contemporary fine jewellery. Utilising the natural gemstones of his native Brazil, the London-based designer has swiftly become acclaimed for his exquisite use of uniquely cut Brazilian gemstones. For the new Fusion collection, Fernando Jorge takes the natural world as his muse, fascinated by the juxtaposition between micro and macro and their seemingly contradicting connections, from the atomic to the cosmic. These striking Fusion drop earrings feature a beautifully cut lilac rhodolite interspersed with tonal amethysts and rubies. The smooth crescent-cut rhodolite is fused to a looping rose gold snake chain, formed of a small top and larger lower loop, embellished with faceted triangle-cut and round-cut rubies and amethysts secured with a rose gold stud encasing.
