The raw beauty of nature is brought to life in Gaelle Khouri’s beautiful yet thought-provoking jewellery. “For me, creativity stems from the inside, not the outside. Inspiration does not relate to what I see, but to what I experience emotionally,” says Gaelle. After graduating from New York University with a Master’s in Economics, Gaelle interned at Oscar de la Renta and Elie Saab before studying jewellery design in her native Lebanon. Her debut collection, The Garden of Earthly Delights, explores the deep-rooted instinctive connection that exists between woman and nature, with a selection of avant-garde pieces such as these spider earrings. Crafted from 18ct yellow gold and black rhodium silver, the life-like creatures are set with white diamonds and blue sapphires.
