A 24ct yellow gold and sterling silver necklace from the Amulet collection by celebrated Turkish jewellery designer Gurhan. Different-sized silver rings are held together with marquis connectors, while a single 24ct yellow gold accent denotes Gurhan’s signature style of layering silver with pure gold. The necklace measures 45.21 cm in length. Born in Turkey, Gurhan set up his eponymous fine jewellery brand in 1994 and now divides his time between New York City and Istanbul where all his pieces are handcrafted. He is renowned for reviving the ancient craft of 24ct gold jewellery using traditional goldsmithing techniques, including hand-hammering that lends his pieces a textured finish.
