Cape Cod Zebra Pegasus enamelled watch

Hermès has used engraving and Grand Feu enamel to create this magnificent Cape Cod Zebra Pegasus watch. The dial has been made with three layers of gold plate that were engraved to create the wings on the back of the zebra, which are then enamelled using the cloisonné technique. The zebra itself is a miniature painting, also created using cloisonné enamel. The miniature work of art is housed in a white gold case and the watch is powered by a Manufacture Hermès H 1837 movement.
