Greek jewellery designer Ioanna Souflia burst onto the scene in 2016 with a collection that was big, bold and impossible to ignore. Starkly beautiful and epic in their references, Souflia tames the ancient force of marble with tautly constructed frames. Her second collection, Adoucissement – a capsule collection of 11 pieces – is a more feminine affair but with no less drama. This sculptural ring features soft grey Italian Bardiglio Imperiale marble mixed with warm rose gold and diamonds – think Etruscan warrior meets Greta Garbo as they mellow together over a sunny lunch in Athens.
