This Hyperbola necklace is from Kattri’s aptly named Geometry collection, and pushes the concept of unusual stone settings one step further. The piece gets its name from the hyperbola curves used to introduce softness within the dramatic design, creating an hourglass look with the vertically mirrored crystal. Crafted in rose gold with rose quartz and diamonds, the Hyperbola necklace clearly shows the architectural training of the designer, Amanda Gerbasi, who works clean lines and graphic shapes into all of her pieces. Each piece is created using CAD technology to ensure the proportions are spot on, while the deceptively simple lines and patterns allow the stones to take centre stage in jewels that are both contemporary and timelessly elegant.
