The Tall Polygon ring, like most of Kattri's pieces, takes its inspiration from geometric shapes, angles and symmetry. As part of the Geometry collection, the Polygon ring is constructed of rose gold with seven straight sides, all with different angles. The three-sided flush stone setting emphasises the fluid lines and angular shape of the ring. Created using CAD technology, the geometrical design of Kattri's fine jewellery only serves to highlight the luminous beauty of the Brazilian gemstones, sourced from designer Amanda Gerbasi's native Brazil. The architect-turned designer’s main focus for this piece was to create an ornament from the structure of the ring as a whole. The seamless and levelled rose quartz setting integrates the gemstone into the metal to create an innovative composition that follows no trends.
