EDITOR'S REVIEW
Lydia Courteille describes herself as a poet who uses jewels to tell epic stories and the Topkapi collection is no exception, with each piece brimming with historical references, architectural detail and legends of the harem, as well as her unstoppable creativity and love of colour. For this ring, Lydia focused on the Sultan himself, bringing to life Suleiman the magnificent, showing him staring into the depths of a glimmering rock crystal ball. The Sultan's features are defined with white and brown diamonds, sapphires, tsavorites, onyx, tanzanite, garnet and enamel, all set in yellow gold.
