The humble solitaire has been given a firm twist by Parisian jeweller Maison Dauphin in its latest collection. This diamond ring, part of the Disruptive series unveiled during Paris Couture Week, is indeed a solitaire but not as we know it. The blushing rose gold shank has been split to leave a gap at the centre front, and the main diamond has been placed off-centre. The top and sides of the band have been studded with tiny, round, brilliant white diamonds to create a dazzling effect.
