EDITOR'S REVIEW
Mellerio dits Meller was founded in 1613 under the patronage of the Queen of France, Marie de Médici, and went on to count royals such as Queen Marie Antoinette and Empress Joséphine among its illustrious clientele. Based in Paris, it is now the country’s oldest family-run jewellery house with branches in Luxembourg and Japan. The Médicis collection was created to mark Mellerio dits Meller’s 400th anniversary and incorporates France’s symbol of loyalty, the lily, in a series of jewels that also celebrate Queen Marie de Médici’s love for diamonds and pearls. The collection includes this open lily ring in white gold set with a South Sea pearl and white diamond pavé.
