Pearl, diamond and blackened silver earrings

Five cultured pearls have been strung on a flexible wire to create these dramatic, long earrings by Nadia Morgenthaler. The pearls have been captured within blackened silver rings, accentuated with hanging bars of silver that lead down to smaller, rare natural pearls - the two pearls at the top of the earrings are also natural, making 44 in total. The blackened silver used in the design has been studded with 957 single-cut diamonds weighing a total of 4.05cts. The earrings, which have a shimmering movement when worn, drop 8.9cm.
