Lux Sable 38.5mm rose gold watch

The German watchmaking company Nomos of Glashütte has won numerous design prizes - including the Red Dot Award -  for its minimalist Bauhaus design, perfectly encapsulated in this Lux Sable watch.The Lux collection is, as the name implies, a top-of-the-line Nomos watch and comes in a rectancular 38.5mm by 34mm rose gold case with smooth edges and a rich aubergine-coloured dial with a contrasting white hour, minute and small seconds counter in the centre. The manual-winding in-house movement in this Nomos watch has a power reserve of 84 hours and features a dedicatory engraving on the balance cock that reads "lovingly produced in Glashütte". The hand-stitched Horween leather strap is attached to the wrist with a solid rose gold clasp and if you fancy a dip, the watch will remain water-resistant to depths of 30 metres.
