As the official sponsor of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), Parmigiani Fleurier has launched a watch celebrating the national team and their achievements. This Parmigiani Fleurier 45mm Pershing CBF chronograph pays homage to the Brazilian team's colours, with yellow and green picked out against a deep blue background. The polished titanium case is contrasted by a brushed rose gold bezel with an inner flange detailing the tachymeter scale. The blue dial is decorated with bold vertical Côte de Genève engraving, which complements the appliqué rose gold Arabic numbers and the large delta-shaped hands, which have been luminescent treated. The chronograph counters are arranged at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock. The small seconds sub-dial is cleverly picked out with five green stars, representing the five World Cup championships the Brazilian team have won. The 12 hour sub-dial at 6 o'clock also features a large date aperture. The automatic winding calibre PF334 movement is housed in the screw-down caseback and provides a 50-hour power reserve. The watch comes on a selection of straps, including a blue Hermès alligator strap, a Brazilian green rubber strap or the canary yellow rubber strap as shown in this picture.
