EDITOR'S REVIEW
The dial of Parmigiani’s special-edition Tonda 1950 Météorite models – in white, blue abyss and black – are made from a fragment of meteorite that crashed to Earth in Sweden. The sliver of meteorite used on the dial is richly decorated with unique natural striations that occur when the fireball finally cools after its bumpy ride through the atmosphere. The 39mm case and bezel are made from titanium and, combined with Parmigiani’s famous ultra-thin PF702 automatic movement, the watch is light, lean and totally out of this world. All three models are special editions and come on a shiny black Hermès alligator strap.
