The Tonda watch collection by Parmigiani Fleurier is a triumph of classical elegance and impeccable taste. The latest addition to the family is this mesmerising ultra-slim 40.20mm white gold model housing the world’s thinnest automatic flying tourbillon. Situated between 7 and 8 o’clock on the dial, the flying tourbillon completes its 60-second rotations in a lightweight titanium cage framed by a grey mother-of-pearl dial, which in turn is illuminated by 75 diamonds on the bezel. The automatic movement, with its platinum micro-rotor, measures just 3.4mm in height and can be admired through the sapphire crystal window. The supple calfskin leather strap is supplied by Hermès, in keeping with the exquisite sophistication of this watch.
