Unlike many Moon phase watches with a cute, glowing white moon with fluffy clouds and stars, this watch depicts a bronze-hued moon pitted with craters to give it a more realistic appearance. Occupying the centre of the dial is an intricate floral pattern representing a lotus flower that blooms at night when the Moon rises. Beautifully crafted from slivers of mother-of-pearl, the lotus is set against the abyss blue dial, a hallmark Parmigiani colour. Inside the 33.2mm steel case, a sophisticated automatic movement animates the Moon phases, hours, minutes and a small seconds counter with a date aperture.
